Catering Magic at Bolesworth Castle: A Glimpse into a Luxurious International Preview Day Experience

Being invited to cater at Bolesworth Castle for the International Preview Day was a super exciting moment for us this month. This prestigious venue, admired from afar for some time, finally became a location we could head to with our grazing experience to help not only make sure everyone was fed well but to bring a touch of elegance with a relaxed, social dining experience.

Bolesworth Castle is a remarkable example of historic grandeur mixed with eclectic design. Inside, the decor surprises with its bold mix of styles—antique furnishings sit alongside contemporary art pieces, creating an exciting and interesting visit.

The blend of old and new gives the venue a distinctive character, making it a perfect backdrop for an event that aims to impress!

For the International Preview Day, we designed grazing boards that were as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate. These boards featured an array of colourful, fresh ingredients—ripe fruits & veg crudites, artisan cheeses, cured meats and flowers—all topped with an extra stage for the dessert!
