Join Us at Moat Hall Barns Wedding Open Day on 27th September

Wedding planning is so much easier when you can chat to real people, see things in person, and get a feel for who you’d actually like around on the day.

That’s why we’re really happy to say we’ll be at Moat Hall Barns Wedding Open Day on 27th September, ready to say hello, talk through what we do, and spend a lovely day catching up with familiar faces and meeting new ones.

No pressure, no awkward sales pitch, just a relaxed chance to come over, have a natter, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit for your wedding plans.

Open days are brilliant because you don’t have to imagine everything from a website or a few photos. You can actually see the space, meet suppliers, ask the little questions, and get a much better feel for how everything might come together.

We’ll be there showcasing our services and talking through how we can fit into different kinds of wedding days. Whether the plan is relaxed and low-key, full of little personal touches, or still very much in the “we’re figuring it out” stage, we’ll be happy to chat.

There’s no such thing as a silly question, either. Sometimes the smallest details are the ones that make the biggest difference when you’re planning. Things like timings, set-up, what works well at a barn venue, how far ahead to book, or how to make the day feel more like you.

If you’ve been wanting to meet us in person, this is a lovely chance to do it.

Existing clients, please come and say hello

One of the nicest parts of the day will be seeing some of our existing clients again.

If you’ve already booked with us, please don’t feel like the open day isn’t “for you”. It absolutely is. Come and say hi, have a catch-up, and let us know how the plans are coming along.

It’s a great chance to:

  • Ask any extra questions that have popped up

  • Talk through ideas you’re still playing with

  • Check in on the details

  • Get excited about the day all over again

We love hearing where everyone is up to, especially when the wedding starts feeling that bit more real. If you’ve chosen Moat Hall Barns already, seeing the venue dressed and meeting other suppliers can be a really helpful way to picture the flow of the day.

And honestly, we just like catching up.

New here? Come over for a relaxed chat

If you haven’t booked anything yet, or you’re still weighing up your options, we’d love to meet you too.

Wedding planning can feel like a lot at the start. There are so many choices, so many opinions, and so many tabs open on your phone that it’s very easy to feel a bit lost. Meeting people in person helps cut through all of that.

You can usually tell quite quickly whether someone feels right for your day. Do they listen? Do they get the kind of atmosphere you’re going for? Do they make things feel easier rather than more complicated?

That’s the kind of chat we’d much rather have. We can talk about what you’re hoping for, what you definitely don’t want, and what might work well at Moat Hall Barns. If we can help, brilliant. If you’re still browsing and gathering ideas, that’s fine too.

There’s no rush and no pressure to decide anything on the spot.

We’ve got a few ideas up our sleeves

We’re also planning a few little ideas for the open day, including some offers for both existing and new clients.

We don’t want to give everything away just yet, but if you’re coming along on 27th September, it’ll be worth popping over to see us. Whether you’re already booked in or just starting to look around, we’ll be happy to talk you through what’s available on the day.

Think of it as a little thank you for taking the time to come and see us in person.
